Exchange Contact: Exchange registration with the valid invoice (original copy).
In order to provide better customer service, if customers find any problems after purchasing SuperV products, they can directly contact SuperV Service Center, and the maintenance assistant will teach you short time. If you cannot improve the use of the barrier after teaching, please bring the product and the purchase receipt to the service center, or send the defective product to the service center for delivery by post/mail. If the product is not working properly, the company will provide free repair or replacement service. If you choose to send or receive the product by courier/mail, the shipping cost will be borne by the user. The company does not pay the relevant fees.
Terms and Conditions:

freight back and forth during product repair
Defects caused by improper and rough handling (not used in accordance with the warning or instructions for the product)
Incorrect operation, such as illegal connection of power supply or leakage of liquid substance into the product
if the product has been exposed to moisture, moisture, or extreme temperature or environmental conditions, or is exposed to rapid changes in the aforementioned conditions, or is corroded, oxidized, or splashed or chemically attacked by food or liquid. This Limited Warranty will not apply if the product is affected by a short circuit or damage to the battery.
